Letchmore Heath Pond

Project to restore and improve village pond in Letchmore Heath. Work will include: removing silt to enable pond to support wide range of plants and animals, reducing current main causes of nutrient enrichment, restoring and enhancing surrounding banks to enable marginal species to grow, management work to neighbouring trees, planting, establishing reedbed and design & installation of interpretation board
