Lickey Parish and Community Hall Development Scheme Phase 2

a) To provide a safe facility whereby recreational equipment used by children and youth groups, and other community groups using Lickey Parish and Community Hall can be safely stored and accessed. (This will replace an existing delapidated and unsafe facility).
