Lighting Improvements

The existing lighting fitments are quite old, are placed inappropriately and do not provide sufficient illumination for those with even slightly inpaired vision to see enough to follow service sheets etc. It is proposed to replace them with more modern fitments providing improved ambient lighting and some provision for specialised lighting effects such as dimmer switches.
