Lighting upgrade throughout Kingshill House.

We need to replace all existing energy inefficient luminaries in and around the main building of Kingshill House. Due to the age of the property, most of the current lighting is uneconomical and prone to failure. Upgrading the lighting system will reduce the overall amount of electricity used on a daily basis and also reduce the amount of maintenance required to keep the building safe and functional for both the public and staff.
