Lincoln - Disabled Access Improvements

The aim of the project is to install disabled access. Install external access ramps plus 1 or possibly 2 internal ones. Widen external and internal doors. Build a new toilet block and fit out with toilet facilities suitable for disabled people and including baby care facilities
