Lingdale Village Hall – Central Heating Refurbishment Project

To remove the current obsolete boiler (over 30 years old) and replace with an energy efficient boiler. To install 11 radiators with thermastic valve control to ensure energy efficiency. The work will be carried out by a gas safe registered installers as required by building regulations.
The village hall committee are committed to improving the carbon footprint of the hall by reducing its CO2 emissions and also reducing the energy bills. Improvements to the current central heating system have been identified by the executive committee and also by current user groups. To increase usage of the hall by carrying out essential energy efficient measures that will hopefully attract more groups and individuals use our facilities.
