Lisburn Rangers Ground Development Project

This site has suffered from years of anti-social behaviour and associated vandalism, annual 11th night bonfires and a hang out and drinking den for teenagers. The problems have been so bad that the pitch has not been able to be used for this past 4- 5 years. Lisburn Rangers FC will take over the responsibility for management and maintenance of the site from Lisburn City Council and will work alongside local community groups to run and encourage local young people into sport and divert away from vandalism and antisocial behaviour etc. The project will upgrade the grounds and the pitch and will also create changing units.
