Little Wood, Oakmere – Renewal of Board Walk

Little Wood in Oakmere is approx. 6 acres of woodland with a small playground. The current boardwalk is dangerous as it is uneven, the mesh broken and the timber decking is in places sunken. The project is the renewal of the boardwalk footpath that runs through the wood. This involves the replacement of the decking with new treated wood, and replacement of the mesh which protects the boardwalk and prevents pedestrians slipping on the wood.
