Littleton Pastures drainage and access improvements

Upgrade drainage to improve access around permissive route. Reconnect springs with adjacent ditch to prevent flooding of pedestrian route while improving habitat value of the ditch. Clear debris from the ditch and brook. Repair fences and gates.
