Littleton pastures woodland planting

We have been awarded packs of trees to plant as part of OVO Energy and The Conservation Volunteers ‘I Dig Trees’ campaign. These trees will be planted to enlarge a small existing woodland to improve the habitat for wildlife. The planting will fill 1 acre of sheep grazed pasture.
This Project will pay for the installation of stock-proof fencing to allow the trees to establish without damage from the grazing sheep. We also need to improve access to the site, so three new gates are required.
