Liverpool Road Hall Modernisation of Electrical Systems

Liverpool Road Hall site is in disrepair, is outdated and energy inefficient making it costly to run. The building has an electrical safety certificate but does not have a modern system, adequate plug sockets or ampage to install a cooker. It is intended to rewire the building making it safer and offering significant savings on energy usage. The installation will include: Electrical installation of the building including complete rewiring, LED lighting, outside lighting, disabled toilet alarm & hand dryers, and WiFi access points. The manual fire alarm system will be replaced with an automatic system including a control panel, smoke and heat sensors and sounder bases. This will give an early indication of any fires possibly saving lives or the building from significant damage should it be empty or a fire break out in another part of the building.
