Living Well With Dementia Legacy Project

The project seeks to develop and improve an open area establishing it as a specialist, therapeutic, natural and accessible outdoor safe recreational area. Particularly for people and their families affected by Dementia and other memory problems.

The LCF monies will be used to specifically purchase and install fencing, tree planting, garden distractions and enhanced signage.
