Llanelli House Restoration

Restoration of a grade I building for cultural and educational purposes, phase 1 will include clearance of the building, installation of temporary lighting and heating, phase II is the actual restoration. This registration is for repair, restoration or maintenance elements only and does not cover any new provision. This registration is conditional upon a report confirming public access to the building for the minimum requirements and for the forseeable future.
