Llangwm Community Centre Toilet Refurbishment

To completely renovate and refurbish Llangwm Village Community Centre toilets to include a disabled facility. These were previously shared with the County Council and were also public conveniences. They have been in the sole possession of the Community Centre for 2 years, and are only accessible through the Community Centre.
