Llanybydder Community Venue and Health Facility

To renovate the currently unused former school rooms in Llanybydder Old School into a two-storey community facility by: developing the ground floor into a cardio room with a wet room and toilet; and by installing a new upper floor, electrics, plumbing and heating. The space provided will be multi-use and will address the lack of community venues in the village of Llanybydder.
