Llyn Fach Species & Habitat Recovery

The project will restore important habitats and features at the reserve such as upland oligotrophic lake, scree, cliff, heathland and bog habitat. In addition the project will undertake specific nature conservation activities for species such as water vole, hobby, nightjar, rare alpine plants and freshwater invertebrates. The project will work with local experts, communities and academics to undertake necessary research and monitoring projects to ensure the long-term sustainability of the nature reserves management.
