Locational Criteria for Planned Landfill Sites

Research to identify the key locational criteria for the development of future waste management facilities in the North West. (Please note, any intention to extend to the North East and Midlands is subject to review by ENTRUST).

Please bear in mind that only Landfill Tax Credit Scheme contributions made under the Regulations applying until 31st March 2003 may be spent on this project.

Landfill tax contributions made under the Regulations applying from 1st April 2003 must not be spent on category c or cc projects.
