Loch Leven Heritage

The project will create a section of a walking and cycling heritage trail to increase access to Loch Leven. The wider project, Loch Leven Heritage will provide a high quality 12km multi-user heritage trail around Loch Leven, which will facilitate access, both physical and intellectual to 25 diverse heritage sites, including Loch Leven National Nature Reserve, the RSPB Vane Farm Reserve and Loch Leven Castle. The project will create a new focus on the heritage, both natural and man made, and will allow the local community and vistor to access the unique Kinross-shire environment by a route that has previously been inaccessible.
