Long Eaton RFC, Nottinghamshire – Sporting Facilities – Creating an Extension (007573)

Extension of the existing clubhouse to provide additional space for use by the rugby club and the wider community. The works will double the size of the ground floor club house area. This area will include the bar, fixed seating and open space which can be configured for the various sport and community related functions and activities. The proposals will also see the development of a first floor room and spectator balcony area with appropriate balustrade, which will further increase the space that the club have available for activities. The first floor room, which will be one large room (same footprint as ground) will be accessed via an outside staircase, internal staircase and a lift to ensure access for all.
