Long Lane Garden Centre, Warrington – Modular Building (5860/D)

The project will provide a new, modular building which would provide a much needed community/workshop space which would serve the local community and provide educational and communal benefit to all the project’s valuable stakeholders.

This would involve:

• Removing the current rented unit.
• Base preparation and provide concrete platform.
• Provide new modular classroom building.
• All electrical and plumbing work to provide small kitchen area and lighting and electrical sockets.
• New security fencing to replace existing.
• Lay concrete pathways to provide access for wheelchair users and disabled clients.
