Long Sutton Village Hall - Refurbishment

Replace inefficient and expensive electric heating with air source heat pump. Replace current lighting with LED down-lighters Remove dilapidated ceiling to allow installation of 300mm of rockwool insulation and replace with plasterboard, Replace worn kitchen vinyl tiles with commercial flooring. The aim of the project is to reduce the carbon footprint of the Hall by utilising our own generated electricity otherwise the cost of running the Hall will continue to increase. The replacement of the worn kitchen tiles will remove the asbestos underfloor to provide a safer H&S compliant surface
