Perimeter Fencing £25099. The football club is hoping to secure the perimeter of the ground as it’s been targeted recently by youths that have taken part in nuisance and antisocial behaviour. The nearby estate is known for this type of behaviour and if we’re going to continue to invest time and money then one of the first jobs need to be securing the ground. Recently we have had our dugouts graffitied on and a number of incidents where we have had portacabins and changing rooms vandalised. Young people are also riding their motorbikes at the ground which is damaging the playing surface and putting themselves and members of the public in danger.
The football club also have a problem with the number of dogs that are being walked on the pitch, owners are leaving their dogs mess on the field which can potentially make it unsafe for children to play football on if coaches or ground staff are to miss it.
