Longstone, Hucklow & Eyam Edges: Grassland Conservation & Restoration

Conservation and restoration of Lowland calcerous grassland on eighteen closely connected, fragmented sites. The physical conservation work will conserve, enhance and restore areas of lowland calcerous grassland and related lowland acid grassland. Practical management work includes: hawthorn, gorse, small tree and bracken control, ragwort and thistle treatment as well as baseline and specialist surveys
