Looe Amenity Centre Project

The proposed building is to be located with easy level access from the main car park for Looe, allowing use by all age groups and ensuring that disabled access can be provided to all areas. The building will be divided into two distinct areas. The first floor being designed to accommodate a range of uses for the whole community with a specific emphasis on the elderly allowing access to facilities and services currently unavailable and providing a quality facility for local clubs and societies for meetings etc. The design and interior specification will be of a sufficiently high standard to enable letting on a commercial basis (such as wedding receptions) when not being used for community activity thereby enhancing its economic sustainability. The ground floor would be designed to accommodate a specific Youth facility providing a safe space for the youth of the area to go.
