Loughborough Central Station canopy restoration phase 4

Restoration of the 1898 Victorian canopy over the booking hall entrance on Great Central Road. The canopy consists of steel lattice beams, cast decorative columns and three bays of ‘ridge and furrow’ glazed roofing which is in dire need of repair/replacemnt. It is part of the Grade 2 listed building which forms the main entrance, booking hall and offices of the station.
