Loughborough Park Community Eco Project

The project will enahnce a sizeable section of Loughborough Park in Brixton, south London. The park is currently underused and in disrepair. The project will create three new public amenities (formal eco garden, community growing area and edible hedge) that will become environmental community assets. All features in this proposal will help provide a habitat for wildlife and increase biodiversity. The new amenities will also provide opportunities for intergenerational activities, including community food growing, foraging and basis gardening.
