A well used local community space which following a recent energy audit has identified the need to insulate the loft space and to remove a very old venting system in the loft space that is causing significant heat loss. Some areas of the loft space are impossible to insulate due to their shape, therefore, the ceilings below will be insulated in these areas. The redecoration of 2 rooms will be necessary as a result of the proposed work.
