Lower Swell Village Hall – new heating and lighting systems

The current heating system in the main hall is over 10 years old. It is no longer in production and is very expensive to run. It doesn’t adequately heat the area and two of the six heaters have already had to be disconnected due to safety concerns. We hold a number of community events in the hall and let it to others for various activities and events. The current heating appliances are no longer fit for purpose and need to be replaced by a modern, effective and economical system in order to provide a more pleasant and comfortable environment for users. The heating fixtures in the toilets and kitchen areas are old electric bar and fan heaters, again very expensive to run and types are no longer in production.
