Lowerhouse Lodges LNR Community Project

The project is to support local groups and residents to become more involved in the local nature reserve and promote and improve the biodiversity and awareness of the site. This includes all aspects of management including improving access where needed, education, wildlife, and links with other groups to carry out the work. The site has been identified in a review carried out by the Wildlife Trust and has been ranked highest in the borough. Activities and events will be organised around volunteer action days and some signage to increase local awareness of the site and promote responsible use of the area
