Lytton Estate Play Area

We aim to transform and redesign the current play area at Pelham House on the Lytton Estate in the Avonmore and Brook Green ward in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. The existing playground is presently under-used, in a very poor condition, with little or no play value. We plan to remove the existing playground and to create a ‘natural play’ space which incorporates popular items of play equipment (e.g. swings, slides) within a landscape designed to maximize play value. This will create an exciting leisure space for children and young people.
