Maiden Bradley Memorial Hall – Replacement Windows

To replace 3 windows at Maiden Bradley Memorial Hall.
The existing timber framed widows date from the building of the Hall in 1911. They have been repaired and patched several times over the years but have now reached the point where total replacement is necessary to make them waterproof and secure.
We currently permanently run a dehumidifier adjacent to the windows which are deteriorating badly.

The hall is not a listed building – however dates from 1911 and is on the Duke of Somerset’s estate. Consequently, we need to be confident that replacements will be in keeping with the architecture of the building and appear to be as the original design.
We will also ensure that they are made to modern technical standards and will be a long-lasting replacement requiring little maintenance.
The project will result in improved environment in terms of heating and water ingress. Lower energy charges due to better insulation.
