Main Bar/Community Area Renovation

To undertake a complete refurbishment of the main bar/community area of the clubhouse. This includes lowering the ceiling, installing loft insulation, repainting of all walls, ceilings and doors, new flooring, new lighting, new furniture, fitting of thermostatic heating controls and the installation of CCTV to improve security of the site.
