Main Hall Kitchen Refurbishment

To improve and bring up to standard a kitchen that has had no refurbishment for 50 years. The kitchen has two serving hatches one of which is in a dangerous state of repair. There is a damp issue to be addressed. Replace radiator and move to new position away from the hatch. Brick up the damaged serving hatch and enlarge the second hatch. Install new shutter for the service hatch. Replace the existing fire door, as this does not meet safety requirements. Replace and reposition the outdated water heater. Rearrange existing plumbing. Replace kitchen units and appliances. Rewiring, tiling, safety flooring, decorating.
