Maintenance and improvement to facilities

Despite regular maintenance, it is now necessary to refresh the building inside and out. In particular: to undertake small repairs and paint the main hall, toilets, kitchen, corridor and outer doors; to clean, repair and paint gutters, downpipes and rafter feet; to install a 4 foot high fence in the grounds and remove brambles and old fence posts for security purposes and to stop wind-swept litter. They also require some additional small folding tables which would be ideal for projects and smaller group work, better chairs and a chair trolley. The applicant would like us to consider funding the redecoration and the tables, chairs and chair trolley.
