Maintenance of Manor Farm Lagoon

This project is for the maintenance costs associated with the manor Farm Lagoon (a 25 acre gravel pit which has been landscaped as an amenity area). Maintenance will be provided for a five year period and include maintenance of the trees, hedging, fencing and access gates.
