Malmesbury St Aldhelm's Church - New Hall

We aim to build a new PARISH HALL in Malmesbury to replace the current
clubroom which was built in the 1920’s and is now in a state of disrepair, with
damp and electrical issues and no level access or facilities for the disabled. It has
limited capacity and facilities, which no longer meets the needs of the current and
growing parish and town community.
The aim of Parish hall is to provide much needed space for use by parishioners
and residents of the town and surrounding villages and parishes without
distinction for the purpose of meetings, classes and other forms of leisure
activities in the interest of social welfare and with object of improving the
conditions of life for the local population. Our central location within the town of
Malmesbury would provide a much-needed central meeting place to host a variety
of recreational and social activities. It would also help to address the issue of
social isolation, which is a particular problem in rural areas.
The Hall will be built in accordance with environmental standards - cavity
walls, Triple glazing, heat pump.
