Malpas Community Centre

The refurbishment of a redundant building in the heart of an estate suffering from deprivation on the outskirts of the city of Truro. To provide a community centre and outreach surgery for services to meet the needs of residents. The works required are substantial to provide adequate facilities, enable full access and incorporate high spec sustainable energy systems to reduce operating costs, enabling it to be financially viable.
