Maltings Community Venue Toilet Block Renovation

This project is for the renovation of the toilet facilities at The Maltings, Wirksworth. The renovation works will include removal and reconstruction of the roof including a roof lantern to let in natural light, demolishing an old outside toilet and removal of an old unused exit, removal of 5 old toilets and all partitions, replacing and fitting new double glazed windows, blocking side entry and exit, re-plastering all walls, constructing 4 toilet cubicles one of which is disabled and a storeroom, installing toilets after modifying the sewer pipe system in the concrete floor, installing sinks with instant hot water, hand driers, movement light sensors, ceiling lights emergency lights and heaters, and installing new electric supply from the mains incomer to a new consumer unit.
