Mamhead Village Hall, Sustainable Heating Project

At present the Hall is cold and damp. It needs solar panels, electric heaters, double glazing (windows and doors) and subsequent works to repair damage caused by damp. This project specifically involves purchasing / installing new energy electric heaters and double glazed doors and windows, so that the heat generated by the heaters is retained within the building.
