Manaton Parish Hall, Newton Abbot – Safety First Access Project

To tarmac the parking area, extend the tarmac of the rear of the building to make a disabled escape from the rear fire exit safer and making out one disabled space by the access slope. The existing porch need to be demolished and rebuilt and access slope realigned.
