Manmoel Village Hall

The Manmoel Welfare Association has leased the Village Hall and land from Llanover Estates since 1952. The lease expires in July 2011 and will not be renewed by the landlords. However, the Association has the opportunity to purchase the freehold for £100K on condition that contracts are exchanged before June 2010. Manmoel is an isolated rural community and the hall provides a vital link and meeting place between community members and also promotes social wellbeing.
