Manvers Waterfront Boat Club, Nr Rotherham – Storage Extension (50249/D)

The project aims to extend the size of the building to accommodate the increasing use by the community. The club is rapidly growing and has potential to more than double in size to 2,000+ members making it one of the largest multisport clubs in the country. This cannot be achieved without a substantial increase in storage space. This project aims to construct a large extension to the existing building to store club equipment/grounds maintenance equipment/event signage and an additional safety boat. It will also include an office to monitor lake use and ensure the safety of club and public users, and a wet briefing room for use by community groups.
