Marchwiel Village Hall Redevelopment, Wrexham

Marchwiel Village Hall was originally built in 1910 and is now in need of major repair and redevelopment. The project will redevelop and re-layout the Hall so that it becomes energy efficient and meets the needs of the local community for the foreseeable future. The hall will be re-furbished with a small new extension on the main approach to provide an entrance with a small Post Office off, a new foyer with new toilet facilities, and the creation of a main hall and two smaller meeting rooms (by the use of moveable partitioning when required).
