Mardley Heath Access Project

Mardley Heath is a unique site because of its unusual history. It comprises a mix of old gravel workings, remnant heath-land and woodland. This project will provide learning opportunities for all members of the community, encourage people to take exercise, instil a sense of well being and pride in the local area and support volunteer activity. Through furniture and interpretation Mardley Heath will be clearly identified as a Local Nature Reserve.
