Marindin Hall, Frensham - Roof Restoration (1811/D)

The project aims to refurbish the roof by replacing the roof covering with fibreglass as this offers significant life cycle cost benefits. The wooden upstands of the skylights will be replaced by either UPVC or aluminium equivalents. There is no insulation currently in the roof space and lifting the decking will enable this to be installed. The existing skylights are single glazed and will be replaced by double glazed versions.
