Marlborough Golf Club Community Access Improvements

To improve practice facilities which will enable them to be opened to the general public in order that non members of the club (particularly youngsters) may try, practice and be coached in the game of golf. To install disabled facilities along with a stair lift to enable disabled participants to gain access and use the club premises. Also to upgrade toilets to the standard required by visitors and members.
