To remove obsolete boiler and asbestos cement flue and make good the brickwork and plastering. Asbestos to be disposed of by registered company to ensure safe disposal. To purchase and install a new energy efficient boiler and locate in new site area. The work will be carried out by Corgi Registered installers as required by building regulations.
