Martin House , Skelmersdale - New Roof, Flooring and Refurbishment (008527)

This project seeks to establish a vibrant community hub for Digmoor, achieved through a programme of essential refurbishment. The building, a former church, has now been designated as a community hub. This initial phase will create a safe, warm, welcoming space where local people can gather, celebrate, access health and wellbeing opportunities, and benefit from vital support services delivered by multiple agencies. This first phase will include a new roof, levelling of the concrete stage area in the main hall, and a new floor in the main hall and entrance corridor. New kitchen ceiling, refurbished toilets, repairs to ceiling, painting of areas specified, external & internal doors.

Removal of roof & installation of new roof, levelling of concrete stage main hall, New flooring main hall and entrance corridor. New ceiling and lights to Kitchen, refurb of toilets & 2 new water heaters. New external & internal doors, fire doors.
