Mary Newmans Cottage Renovation

To repair and restore the existing (listed) dry stone wall in the Elizabethan Garden as well as extend the traditional fencing along one side. Internally, past water ingress (which has now been halted) has resulted in the necessity for re-pointing work and beam repair. There is also a need for a new heating system, which the conservation officer has approved, to keep temperatures up in the winter.
