Mayobridge Environmental Improvement Scheme

Mayobridge Development Group had previously made an application for funding to Entrust in regards to planting works in the village a number of years ago. The group has now been working closely with a local Council and the Department for Social Development for a larger environmental improvement scheme that will take place in the village, going on site hopefully in January 2007, to be completed in March 2007. As part of the scheme using the Ulster Wildlife Trust funds the group plans to upgrade existing footbridge, raise up and resurface sunken area and tidy up and replant along the river bank.
